Orders and Shipping
You can create an account by going to the My Account page.
You can change your shipping address by updating it on your account page. If you are trying to change your address on an order that has already been shipped, contact the shipment company to arrange a change of shipment address.
You can track the status of your order on the Orders page. If you have additional questions, please contact us.
You can choose whether to save your payment method when purchasing or creating an account. If you checkout as a guest or choose not to save your payment method, we will not keep it on file.
We do charge sales tax depending on where you’re ordering from. Sales tax will be automatically added when you check out.
We only ship to the continental United States.

Depending on when we become aware of the incorrect shipping address, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to change the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as you become aware of the incorrect shipping address. If you have already received a tracking number, contact the shipment company to arrange a change of address.
Please contact us as soon as you want to change or cancel your order. Depending on when we are made aware, we may not be able to process a change or cancellation.
