Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using www.ospreysupply.com (the “Site”) operated by Osprey Supply (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Osprey Supply”).

• We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
• We make every effort to display colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be accurate.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
• Payment must be received in full before any order is processed and shipped.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Some items (e.g., final sale, custom, or perishable goods) are non-returnable.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, etc.) is the property of Osprey Supply or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Osprey Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the products purchased.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

• Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.
• We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United State of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Unite State of America.
