Drink Rail

Turn the top of your railing into usable space. A JAM drink rail adds a flat, finished ledge along your top rail — wide enough for a drink, a plant, or your phone — using a deck board, 2×6, or 2×8 as the cap. It’s compatible with JAM VertiRod, JAM Advantage aluminum, and JAM Horizontal Cable railing, so whichever system you’re running, there’s a drink rail setup for it.

How the Drink Rail System Works

A complete drink rail setup has two parts: the Drink Rail Adapter, which mounts to your railing’s top rail and provides the base, and the Drink Rail Brackets, which replace your section’s standard top rail brackets to support it. You’ll also need a top cap — a deck board, 2×6, or 2×8 — which isn’t included and lets you match or contrast your deck’s existing material.
